Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges can be made within 30 days after receiving the item. The item MUST be in brand new condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

DO NOT RETURN without contacting us first for the current return address. 

Although we like to consider that we never make mistakes, but sometimes we do and an item may be damaged, missing a rhinestone, etc. We'll make it right so please let us know.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the item back, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
